Part of Our Community For Over 100 Years!
Local matters matter to Gayle, because she is a local and has been all her life. Her Great-Grandfather first made a home in Northcote back in 1906. The original plot of land was centred near the corner of Stafford Road and Richmond Ave in Northcote Point. This was then subdivided into multiple sections and four houses were built for each of the Aspden sons, including one of Gayle’s grandfathers.

Gayle’s Great-Grandfather built a home in 1912 on Onewa Road, the plot of land was originally around 45 acres and Tom Aspden purchased a large portion. The property still sits there today on the corner of Onewa Road and Church Street. The photo is taken opposite where Northcote Primary now sits looking towards the motorway. Just like the Aspden family, it has been a part of our fantastic community ever since. The main original villa was well known in those days as The Oaks.

Choosing an ‘in-home’ appraisal means Gayle will come and take a look at your property, to get a feel and see what potential your home has for the selling process.
In the same way that photos can’t compare to an open home – a ‘virtual’ appraisal just can’t be as accurate as an ‘in-home’ appraisal. However at this stage you may only be looking for an indication, so select the ‘virtual’ option and fill out the relevant details.
